Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free forever, no credit card needed. You get 1 card, 3 links, 3 social icons and a profile photo.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Plus and Pro each come with a 30-day free trial. You put a card on file to start it. The Free plan never needs a credit card.
What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus gives you 2 cards, your logo, more links, custom colors, booking, custom action buttons and leads CSV export. Free shows your last 7 days. Plus shows 90 days. Pro keeps your full history, with a filter for each person and analytics CSV export. A private media vault is coming soon. Pro has everything in Plus, along with unlimited cards, a photo gallery, Review us buttons and room to add your crew.
How does pricing work for a crew?
Pro is $15/month and includes your own seat. Each extra user is $5/month or $50/year, up to 20 users. More than 20? Email hayden@tapandtake.tech.
Is yearly cheaper?
Yes. You get about 2 months free. Plus is $50/year instead of $5/month, and Pro is $150/year instead of $15/month.
Do my customers need an app?
No. A tap or scan opens your page in their browser. There's nothing to download.
